Terms of use.

Last updated 3 November 2026 (Australia/Sydney).

The short version

TTW Player is a media player — just the player. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

A player, not a provider

TTW Player does not provide, host or distribute any channels or content. You add your own playlist from a provider you choose. We aren't connected with, and aren't responsible for, any provider or the content they supply.

Your content, your responsibility

You must only use TTW Player with playlists and content you have the right to access and watch. You're responsible for making sure your use complies with the law, including Australian copyright law, and with your provider's terms.

Using the app

  • Install TTW Player only from the Downloader code or links on this site.
  • Don't misuse the app, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
  • We may update, change or stop parts of the app or site at any time.

No warranty

TTW Player is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it working well, but we don't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted or work with every device or playlist.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or any content you access with it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Trademarks

Amazon, Fire TV, Google TV and Android are trademarks of their owners. TTW Player isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top of this page when we do.
